Hi, I'm Charlotte Starup! I‘m here to help you achieve your goals as a woman in business I'm 56 and have been in business for over 30 years and the owner of a photostudio in Starnberg since 9 years. In a world where women are still underrepresented at the top levels of business, I am creating a Magazine where women are recognized for their achievements and receive stunning, branded, next-level images.
Both you and your business deserve images which represents your message and values so that you connect you with your target audience. The images should show your true self, builds credibility and gives you a consistent brand message across all platforms.
This is a photoshoot to not only create images that will help you market yourself and take your career to the next level, but it will also help you see the beauty in you that everyone else already sees. I want you to fall in love with yourself again, no matter your age.

1) Pre-Shoot Consultation
This is where I get to know you to plan out your session. We'll talk about your brand colors and how we can find outfits that match the tones of your brand. We'll also discuss who you want to be photographed with and the type of portraits you hope to get. We can do everything from classic images and red carpet to relaxed jeans looks or executive pure Boss Babe. After that, it's your shoot where you call the shots.
2) Pro Makeover
Get ready for camera-ready, custom makeup application by my skillful on-site makeup artist. You'll meet her, and you'll LOVE her. She's one of Denver's best! Glammed up or natural and refined - it's all up to you! Your makeover includes light hairstyling for picture-perfect results.
3) Branding Photoshoot
You'll be our covergirl for a day! Enjoy an expertly guided, two-hour photoshoot with five wardrobe changes. In addition, we will capture photographs for your business and personal life. Not photogenic? Nonsense! I've got you under my wing, and I'll tell you exactly what to do!
4) Interview & Magazine
Your share-worthy interview will be featured on my blog, social media, and in print in the campaign magazine. In addition, the interview will highlight you, your business, and a few fully retouched images from your photoshoot. The magazine will go into print in 2023.
5) Networking Party
After the campaign, I'll host a magazine release and networking party for all the Boss Babes to meet, mingle, and celebrate with each other!

This campaign is open to all female-identifying women of any age who are serious about their careers and their online presence. You do not need to own a business or be a boss to participate.
On our phone call together, we'll ask you a series of questions and if you're a fit for what we're looking for, you'll be invited to participate and be included among the 20 elite women taking part in this unique experience.

The photoshoot portion is the same. But this package also includes a spread in the campaign magazine, a copy of the magazine, admission to the campaign launch party, and you'll also be interviewed for my blog and social media.

This is full-serviced shoot experience which lasts around 2-4 hours. Make sure you have no other appointments that day other than meeting your girlfriends for happy hour to show off your gorgeous makeover!

Absolutely! If you have a partner, mother, sister, or children you'd like to be photographed with, they can arrive with you or at the end of your session for some portraits together. There's no extra charge to include them in your session! Your session fee includes one makeover. Including more people? Hair and makeup services can be added for €150 per person.

We are centrally located in Starnberg, 2 minutes from transportation. Many clients choose to make a mini-vacation out of their portrait experience and stay at Starnberger to see and enjoy the city, nature, and surroundings.

Our designer will compile your interview and determine the best layout for your article. They will then choose the best portraits for the magazine from the collection of images that you've purchased.

I bring in a licensed hair and makeup artist to give my clients gorgeous makeovers. Photoshoot makeup is completely different from everyday makeup and the artists I work with know exactly what works best with my lighting to make you look fabulous.

You're not alone. In fact, most women have concerns about their body. With the right posing, lighting, camera lenses, and post-production retouching, I can bring out your best self. The self you want to show the world.

I have an extensive wardrobe guide that will give you plenty of ideas on what to pick for your photoshoot. We'll also be meeting in advance of the session either over zoom or in person to go over all the details and talk about wardrobe. In the meantime, think about the looks you want to be photographed. You'll have the opportunity to be photographed in up to five outfits. You might want to do a business formal look, business casual, something sexy and trendy, lingerie or an off-the-shoulder look for boudoir, or a cocktail dress or elegant gown.
